• Edge Grass from driveway, remove weeds from cracks using string trimmers and wire brooms

• Thorough cleaning of entire asphalt surface with high powered blowers.

• Fill all major cracks with hot tar. We use W.R Meadows Direct Fire Parking Lot Sealant

• Apply one coat (brushed) of commercial refined coal tar sealer from the Brewer Company.
